TODAY at 10 am PDT there will be scheduled downtime of the Global Index/KG Article Data for approximately 30 minutes but it could extend for up to two hours.
The Diffbot DevOps team will be using this time to upgrade some of the underlying infrastructures. To ensure the rapid restoration of uptime and stability of the platform, we are performing this upgrade during ordinary business hours.
During this maintenance window, KG Articles, Jobs, Discussions, and Product Offers will not be updated nor accessible to search (but crawls of these data types will continue without interruption).
Please note: any private collections of these data types that you manage will not be impacted by this maintenance window. You will also continue to have access to other Diffbot services including direct API calls to the Extraction APIs, the Natural Language API, your custom crawls and bulk API jobs, the Knowledge Graph APIs to search other data types, and to the Enhance APIs for enriching organization and person profile data.
